SGM 1000℃台车炉外壳采用质冷轧钢板经精密数控机床加工而成，炉体底部与小车轻轨连为一体，用户不需要任何安装，放在平整的地面上即可使用。炉衬为全纤维结构，采用质陶瓷纤维毯为原料，相对于砖式炉膛节能40%左右。主要用于机械零部件的正火、退火、淬火用。作方便，可编程，PID自整定、自动升温、自动保温、 自动降温，无需值守;可另配与计算机通讯通过计算机操作电炉(启动电炉、停止电炉、暂停升温、设定升温曲线、升温曲线储存、历史曲线等。
